Shannon Foley offers trusted insight gained from 14+ years in the residential lending industry. She is especially honored to help first-time homebuyers become long-term homeowners in both Bozeman, Montana and Hurricane, Utah communities.

Shannon knows the financing process can seem overwhelming. That’s why she works closely with her clients and guides them through each step from start to finish. More importantly, she truly cares. Shannon understands how important home is, and always keeps her clients’ interests close to her heart to better serve their needs.

Born and raised in Illinois, Shannon graduated from Montana State University. She started her mortgage career as an assistant and quickly fell in love with the business. Named Rookie of the Year during her first year as a loan officer, she has received several top 10% producer awards throughout the years. Although proud of her achievements, Shannon is most grateful for the opportunity to help people get to where they want to be.

Outside of work, Shannon, her husband, and their two sons enjoy camping, fishing, and catching up with family and friends.

I grew up in Whitefish and moved to Bozeman to attend Montana State University in 1998, graduating in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology. My first job was at a title company when I was 15, and I worked there through high school and during the summers while I attended college. Upon graduation, I knew that biotechnology was not going to fit my personality. I wanted to work closely with people, and the real estate industry aligned with my passion. I worked for Stewart Title for about three years before taking the plunge into mortgage lending. And, it's the best decision I've ever made!

I take my job very seriously, and I'm proud of the job I do for my clients. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions anyone ever makes, so I do everything I can to learn as much as possible about my business and all things financial to better help my clients and prepare them for the future. I love teaching people about fiscal literacy and financing.

I take great pride in being a part of the incredible team at Cornerstone Home Lending. With all of the changes in the mortgage industry, it's critical to be a part of a team that is at the forefront of products and technology. After exploring countless mortgage lenders, Cornerstone stood out from the rest, and I am thrilled to be a part of this impressive team.

I am a firm believer that relationships are what make us successful in this industry. I continually strive to promote home buying and responsible homeownership in our local market, and I’m always looking for opportunities to do more.

My husband (who owns MossCreek Landscapes) and I are happy to be active members of our community. Our first child, Alexis, was born in September 2008. She is an amazing addition to our busy worlds--the best gift we could have ever received.

As a family, we enjoy traveling, camping, dirt biking, wake surfing, and RZR riding.

With a career spanning 13+ years, Graver Johnson understands the full scope of the mortgage process and how to navigate it. Dedicated, hardworking, and resourceful, he explores every available opportunity to help people make their dream home a reality.

Graver strives to create positive home financing experiences. He manages loans in-house, handling the details from start to finish, so his customers can focus on the joy of their homeownership journey. Backed by his honest guidance, clear updates, and dedicated support, his clients know exactly what to expect at each step. He truly enjoys getting to know his clients and is devoted to being there for them year after year, loan after loan.

Born in Laramie and raised in Whitefish, Graver has called Montana home his entire life. The Montana State University graduate has lived in Bozeman since 1989. When he’s not helping people secure a home loan, he’s protecting their homes and the community as a full-time firefighter.

When Sherrie bought her first home in 2002, the process was challenging and confusing. Frustrated by the many obstacles she faced, she thought “someone needs to do a better job helping first-time buyers!” After weathering this experience, she decided to pursue a career in the mortgage industry and found her passion originating home loans.

Throughout nearly 20 years in home lending, Sherrie has been dedicated to helping others have a smooth and positive loan experience. With a love for the people, the numbers, and the process, Sherrie enjoys serving homebuyers from all walks of life and does so with unwavering professionalism and kindness.

Sherrie was born in Bozeman and has called it home for most of her life. In her opinion, it is the best place on Earth. Outside of work, she enjoys golf, cross country skiing, and eating spicy food. Sherrie is all about her family and loves spending time at home with her fiancé and their five children.

As Production Partner, Sierra works closely with homebuyers and her team to ensure a seamless loan process. A high-energy critical thinker, she is prepared to face any challenge that comes her way. With a heart for helping others, Sierra truly cares about the people behind the transactions. The best interest of her clients is always her top priority, as she strives to ensure each client feels heard, understood, and appreciated throughout their loan experience.

Born and raised in the Gallatin Valley and still living in Bozeman, Sierra has called it home all her life. A graduate of Montana Tech University, she holds a dual bachelor’s degree in business management and business marketing. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, fishing, kayaking, and all things outdoors. She believes Montana is the most amazing place in the country and loves to experience its beauty every chance she gets.

Hardworking and reliable, as Transaction Coordinator, Cathi works with clients and her team to ensure smooth sailing throughout the loan process. Prior to joining the mortgage industry, Cathi served for many years as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Manager. Her heart for service continues as she supports homebuyers in reaching their homeownership dreams.

Cathi grew up in Illinois and now calls Montana home. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gardening, and walking her dogs.
